Bulgarian dramaturg Alexander Manuiloff and his Syrian colleague, Anna Akkash, co-wrote two independent parts of a joint text, called Crossings, which was then translated into Bulgarian and into Arabic, respectively. The text served for two independent and simultaneous performances, one in the Syrian capital, Damascus, and one in Bulgaria’s Sofia.
